Dear Parents/ Guardians,
The COVID-19 pandemic has caused significant changes to the test-taking procedures for 2020 Advanced Placement exams. The College Board has reached out with information regarding these changes. Students with schedules this year that reflect Advanced Placement courses, are registered to take their exams online and they will now take place May 11, 2020-May 22, 2020. Last week the College Board sent a statement to teachers and students regarding Advanced Placement testing and an update due to the covid-19 virus. As of now the College Board has posted that students in each course will have two testing date options. The College Board states, “Some students may want to take the exam sooner rather than later, while the content is still fresh. Other students may want more time to practice. For each AP subject, there will be two different testing dates” (College Board).

Dear Parents and/or Guardians:

In order to facilitate remote learning throughout the district closings, the McNair Academic staff is using Google Classroom as the online platform. Students must log into their JCPSNJ accounts in order to access their individual classrooms at classroom.google.com.

If your child is experiencing any issue accessing his/her account, please have him or her contact our building’s Tech Support at [email protected].

All instructional staff will be available during the instructional day (8:30am-3:05pm) via jcpsnj.org email (for students) and jcboe.org email (for parents). You can find direct email links to staff in the ‘School Directory’ under the ‘Our School’ tab.
